Organizer terms
Organizer Agreement
The standards every organizer accepts when listing and selling tickets through GATEZERO.
Last updated: August 2026
1. Verification and authority
You confirm that your identity and business information are accurate, that you are authorised to represent the organizer, and that the bank and tax details supplied for settlements belong to the verified business or individual.
2. Accurate event listings
Event titles, dates, venues, lineups, ticket inventory, age limits, accessibility details and entry rules must be complete and truthful. Material changes must be communicated promptly to ticket holders through the platform.
3. Tickets and attendee care
- Honour every valid ticket sold through GATEZERO, subject only to clearly disclosed entry rules.
- Provide safe staffing, venue access, first aid and legally required permissions.
- Use attendee data only to operate the event and comply with applicable privacy law.
- Do not move sales off-platform to avoid agreed fees after acquiring a customer through GATEZERO.
4. Cancellations, changes and refunds
You must maintain a clear event-level refund policy. If an event is cancelled, materially changed or not delivered as listed, GATEZERO may notify attendees, pause sales, issue eligible refunds and recover the refunded amount and associated costs from pending settlements.
5. Fees and settlements
Platform, payment-processing and tax amounts are itemised in organizer finance records. Settlements may be held while verification, chargebacks, refund obligations, suspected fraud or a material attendee complaint is reviewed.
6. Content and acceptable use
You grant GATEZERO permission to display event names, descriptions, brand assets and artwork for marketplace discovery and promotion. Listings must not be misleading, unlawful, hateful, infringing or designed to facilitate fraud. GATEZERO may reject, pause or remove a listing that violates these standards.
7. Suspension and termination
GATEZERO may restrict organizer tools or suspend an account when necessary to protect attendees, investigate abuse, satisfy legal requirements or enforce this agreement. Outstanding refunds, chargebacks and lawful payment obligations survive termination.
